Mrs. Mursal Maha is 29 years old and has an MA degree in the Field of Public Policy and Administration from Kabul University. She is an Entrepreneur and the founder of Ayenda Sabz NGO in Kabul. She worked as a faculty lecturer in Badakhshan Province. She worked for 5 years with the former government of Afghanistan in the provincial women empowerment areas. She has also served as Deputy Director of the 2nd district office for Kabul Municipality for the Islamic Republic of Afghanistan.
