Research and data are of considerable importance for us to achieve our goals and objectives, to design, plan, and implement initiatives efficiently. We rely on the comprehensive findings of our department of research and statistics. We are performing analytical and statistical research on the current status of Afghan women-owned businesses, their needs and the challenges, that the women-owned MSMEs are facing. We are focusing on research and findings about the number of women-owned registered businesses, women-owned unregistered businesses,  the sectors, their access to finance and the market , existing and required skill level, women-led active and non-active NGOs, and certain other indicators that will help us to efficiently approach and support our beneficiaries.

In our research and statistics department, we are also partnering with national and international organizations to conduct research, assessments, and studies on certain indicators of skill set development for women, and social and economic empowerment.
