WEEN-A Vocational Training and Capacity Building team provides value-chain-based specialized vocational training for women who run a business or are employed by businesses in order to increase the competencies and skills enabling them to be an active workforce, have secure jobs, enhance their business activities, and have strong careers.
We conduct need-based capacity-building sessions and courses for our beneficiaries to address the knowledge and capacity constraints required to enable Afghan women to run their businesses more efficiently and effectively.
WEEN-A also conducts mentorship programs for women-owned businesses and startups, to support Afghan women in business management, marketing, product promotion, financial management, and market linkages by experienced mentors.
