Sadia Ghezal Rashed, a 40 years old successful Entrepreneur in Kabul, hold a bachelors degree in Law and Political Science from Azad University of Tehran. After 4 years of working with Afghan media and national NGOs she started her own business and established the “NARSEES Company” of jewelry, carpet and handicrafts. She is also the founder of an NGO, CBIOA (Capacity Building and Infrastructure Organization of Afghanistan). She has has led a team of 65 male and female employees. Mrs. Rashed is the chiarperson for the Board of Directors at WEEN-Afghanistan.
