Sodaba Afghan, a 33 years old post-graduate in Public Policy and Good governance from Germany, has more than a decade of experience in senior management and policy development capacities within government & International organizations, and civil societies. She is also an entrepreneur and was running a company, ATRANG cloth production, where she was supervising 30 female and 5 male employees who were, IDPs and returnees from Iran and Pakistan. Unfortunately, the business is decimated due to the ongoing situation in the country and currently, she is the founder and Executive Director of the Women Economic Empowerment Nexus Afghanistan (WEEN-Afghanistan) organization.
